It has been three days since the surgery. An update can be found through open.substack.com/pub/catofred... but the short and sweet is a successful surgery, with a rough recovery

Tomorrow is the surgery, so for my last day of counting down: one very shocked radiologist. I can't help if the instructions "tilt your head back as far as it can go" ends up looking like The Ring!
