One of the smallest terns, side view and wings fully up straight, as it flies in the blue Spanish skies above the water. The beak is yellow with a small black tip and the head has the normal black cap but with a white patch behind the bill. The rest of the bird is snow white. Taken at El Hondo, Alicante, Spain.
