Having reviewed a bunch of enterprise resource planning AI agents in the marketplace, the use of Gen AI in ERP is not as productive as the companies present them to be. No need for the shop floor guy to use Gen AI to invoke the Picklist API. Lot of LLM use cases are square peg round hole kind.
