Alright I'm actually trying with Baldurs Gate 3 now, I decided to do a Durge playthrough, so far I have:
- Killed Astarion, Wyll, Shadowheart, some random tiefling bard, everyone in the druids grove.
- Left laser tag (the githyankydoodle whatever her name is) in her cage but she escaped.
Honestly, I can't believe that, absolutely despicable
