thedude00: Why isn't Asian privilege a thing? They out do whites in basically every category? regenfuturist: Because you actually don't grasp what "privilege" is. Privilege means you obtain things easy without effort due to skin/status, etc. The high-effort achievement of Asians you're mistaking as "privilege" is the opposite. It's a result of overcompensating effort instilled from birth that we lack privilege & face racism so must work much harder to excel at more things just to be perceived as possibly equal & why the model minority myth is so harmful as it feeds this toxic need for validation.
