But anywhere I have lived a disconnected trailer is forbidden on street parking. Connected to a tow is allowed as are motor homes but not stand alone trailers.

For the first half of the video I cannot see any lane striping let alone a marked bike lane.

Why are there disconnected travel trailers on the roadway?

I am actually across the line in Montgomery County. But I follow many of you Houston bicyclists as you guys are the closest bicycle commuters/utility cyclists around.
