Finally restored my Macross SDF-1 toy made by Takatoku/Matchbox back in the 80s!

Oh memories... One of the worst days I'd ever had, and I said to myself "At least there's a new WfM episode to distract yourself."

Finally finally got around to writing chapter 13 of Sojourners, which honestly combined some of the most difficult conversations for this story. It's a relief to have them typed out finally.

They are both such incredible works of art! What aspects do you like about them in particular?

Welp... my sewing machine decided to ninja its way to the repair shop in a puff of smoke

I do set it aside to let it simmer and work on something else. I like to have a few projects to avoid burnout, but I try to rotate back to it and at least consider it again to try to work past the snag

I almost feel betrayed that when I look at my outline for Sojourners (my ongoing MTMTE/LL continuation), it has really bad pacing issues. I guess I've just learned a lot in those last few years to see that it drags horribly in the middle.

Of course that means I'm going to have to overhaul it...

Learning that Miyazaki had been working in animation for 20 years before creating Nausicaä really put some things into perspective

I'm at the point where writing Cybertronian food makes me hungry...
