It's Mark C's last day with us today. He's been brewing with us here for the past few years, and the times come for him to move on to pastures new.

Brewed in conjunction with the winner of the Midlands Beer Club competition, Paul Elston. We worked with Paul to recreate his beer and he joined us for the brew day. The competition co-sponsor WHClab provided their thermotolerant 'High Voltage' yeast, which was the only criteria for competition.
