She at least was still barely conscious, her eyes looking at him with a mix of confusion and maybe even guilt.

Despite that, her self preservation forced her to drink any of the blood dripping into her mouth.

She wasn’t even going to bother to speak yet, it takes too much energy to even try

Then moments later there was the faint sound of an explosion, followed by an even further sounding one.

Reze was using her explosions to leave, after she was a decent distance away to not destroy his home…
