The problem has been diagnosed as too many teams. It's any means necessary to deliver that.

They all thought Dragons were going. Not the region that's produced the most domestic trophies and Wales players.

There's not enough talent for one team, let alone four. That's why team Wales is horrific currently.

Difference was Warriors ran out of money very quickly, with no benefactors. The WRU are managing this decline deliberately for Ospreys, whilst benefactors are there, putting money in.

RCK did say during the questioning that the initial PRA wasn't signed by Scarlets and Ospreys (frustratingly MPs got them Scarlets/Dragons mixed up). The reasoning being was that they wanted a "veto" on Cardiff's ownership.. which means Y11 wanted to rig it in their favour.

URC rules state teams need to have separate owners - the Ospreys and Cardiff cannot play in the URC together next year (IRFU look away now).
