How was your week?

Yeah, there are 3 classes of amateur radio licenses in the US. Technician, General, and Amateur Extra. Each have different privileges, mostly around which bands you're allowed to legally transmit on and require different tests that get more involved the higher the license.

6502 project has me inspired, next bit to learn is radio. Studying now (over the next few weeks) for the Technician's HAM license - then maybe some RC electronics. 🤓 📻

Now tryin' to read through Apple 1 Manual to get a feel for it hehe. Fun project!

Got Wozmon up and running! 🍎 - with an assist from the beneater subreddit, where they found an issue with the schematic on the Max232 chip! Exciting. Going to experiment here for a bit then onto Basic!

Find it interesting that the Twitch web UI player bucks the norm in that you can resume by clicking anywhere on the screen (when in fullscreen or theatre mode), but in order to pause or re-pause you must find the small icon at the bottom of the player. 🤔 I mean, space/k for play/pause on KB at least

6502 with a newly installed ACIA for RS232 serial communication

ACIA mostly hooked up. Still need to do the control lines so I can actually address the new chip, but gonna have to wait til next time.

Hehe, thanks! The neatness was born out of frustration/necessity lol, though in hindsight each problem was only tangentially related to wiring (mostly from obstructing view of the control wires).
