Also I can shower whenever the fuck I want bc I can do it alone! FREEDOM

The effect is that I can take better care of myself overall, can take colder showers again (which is so much healthier for skin and hair) and I can actually relax, even get some energy back doing it.

It's amazing!

Showers are refreshing again instead of draining and exhausting 🎉🎉🎉

Our bathroom still isn't renovated, but we upgraded the shower so I can shower without assistance again and take my time doing it.

You don't realise how freeing that experience is when you've been dependent on others for basic hygiene for years 😭

And when we finally renovate it'll be even better!
