I just finished Clair Obscur last night. WHAT A GAME! What a story. Easily, and I mean easily the best written game I've ever played. Its bold. Its adventurous and its deeply movving. So now without compromise I will be listening to the soundtrack as I work all week. Have a great week people :)

It really depends on what I'm playing. Like right now, Claire obscure has its hooks in me. But the lull afterwards will offer this struggle.

With the price hikes from Nintendo & Microsoft, PlayStation is a rather unique position to capitalize on sales and sow some good will.. by not participating. I doubt it. But my gosh, imagine if they did a repeat of the sharing games thing from PS4 era,but with their price points.

Just finished watching the Harry Potter series again. It got me thinking about Hogwarts legacy. My gosh I hope we get a robust morality system in the next entry. Having the world more reactive to different choices you make will really elevate the game. Just imagine Aurors popping up 🫰😎

There's a real disconnect between these prices and what the middle class of the western world is feeling economically.

Honestly, buying new games is becoming less and less a thing for me now. I tend to wait 6-12 months for a decent sale.

I log into the other app, and all it is is pointless arguments. It's so draining.

Currently a couple of hours into expedition 33 and absolutely loving it! The visuals feel unique with breathtaking skyboxes that you just need to pan the camera around to take it all in. The combat is challenging enough whilst being engaging and fun.

If all those DLC's were properly merged into the narrative I personally would have found it more fulfilling. It's a shame that the DLC's are only accessible through the menu.
Don't get me wrong I think it's a Great game, but I still believe its narrative to be messy in execution.

Final fantasy 15 is the most flawed game I've ever enjoyed. Its narrative is so messy, divided into DVDs, anime, game and separate, segmented DLC's, with some left on the cutting room floor. Yet despite all this, its world, characters and heart speak so loud, it drowns out the noise for me. Love it

My most anticipated game of the year... In the palm of my hands! Who's playing this one today!? #expedition33

Hope you like it! I personally felt it was overhyped. But if you have a good tolerance for the PS2 era quirks you should still have a great time :)

It's super odd too. It's straight up anti consumer to adopt the "you don't own your games" stance. It's parroting the corporate playbook. It enables them to justify withdrawing access or closing servers, rendering a purchase useless.

If you buy a game you own it. Period.
