There is something strange there... Deficit is as 4tn stated as 1.9% of GDP. Income is 29tn. According to these numbers, their entire budget is about 15-16% of GDP. Most countries have a 30% to 50% budget-to-gdp ratio. Am I missing someging or are they lying badly on their total GDP?
