know we're not supposed to share things like this on Linkedn, but I'm going to share it anyway because it was horrifying and it's happening everywhere and it needs to be shared. This morning when I was driving home after dropping my son off at summer camp, I saw a swarm of ICE agents as I drove past our local Home Depot. It looked like they were tying up some workers, and my first reaction was to pull into the parking lot. I couldn't think. I couldn't process. I couldn't reason. I just jumped out of my car and started filming. I then watched as these two people were disappeared into unmarked vehicles, with one of the ICE vehicles trying to back into me when I wasn't looking. Another woman tried to help. An ICE agent tried to slap her phone down when she tried to get a phone number to call this man's family. They wouldn't let her. Instead, they whisked him away and accused her of obstructing justice. I'm currently lying awake in bed at 11pm thinking about how these men won't return home to their families tonight, and their families will probably never know what happened to them. I've been through some traumatic events in my life, but I've never witnessed anything like this. This was down the street from my son's elementary school in our little peaceful coastal town. You may not see it on the news, but you'll hear it from me because it needs to be shared.

This is because there have been years of propaganda about wasteful government spending and "illegals."

No such thing as herd immunity for COVID since 1) the vaccine is not even close to sterilizing. You can still catch COVID when vaccinated. It just prevents more deaths and serious cases 2) COVID mutates rapidly and makes people vulnerable to catching it again, even if vaccinated for prior strains.
