He’s being made to play as a third centerback while they have possession and it’s not what Alex does at Orlando city because we have an actual center back playing left back so the switch to 3 CB’s is a more natural fit for ours.

His play is being stifled by Poch making him stay back rather than giving him the freedom to roam like he does at Orlando city.

Proper atmosphere

Was his attitude and work ethic the issue at Bayern as well? When he started complaining about playing time while at ManCity and his subsequent push to leave, I felt that his attitude was the issue.
