ASOS which is "work in the same way you’ve done for years" is not irresponsible. It's protecting our members until a fair & equitable hybrid policy is agreed.

UCU SMT then deducting 100% of daily pay from staff taking ASOS & undermining its own policy?

I think it is a great idea (not mine) but not hopeful of it being picked up.

I am really worried about my colleagues within HR who are so overworked that they send emails re: job losses on a Friday evening.

The odds of winning the lottery are 45m:1.

But your comments works as an analogy.

It needs to be turned on its head.

Instead of applying to so many different schemes, bids should be lodged in the one central place and then the funders should pick the ones they want.

Unis want to save time and money etc, yet fail to challenge this.
