Minorities don't exist in the military so white people can have anti-bigotry epiphanies about them...but they often do happen. Which is part of why I have so much contempt for Pete Hegseth. Regardless of you background, you should have learned better, but you kept hating your comrades instead.

These people (the GOP in power at the moment) have never struggled a day in their lives. They have lived in nice subdivisions, had nice cars, had nice clothes, good food and been able to go to college. Most Americans can't afford $6,000 tickets, much less an immigrant just trying to survive.

I think if the Republicans can't stay in DC and govern then we should stop their pay and their healthcare. If they did this at any other place of employment, they would change the locks and throw their junk out on the street.
