I do not believe that Wing Chun has the hardest punches out there. However, the force we CAN create from such a short space is unrivalled. How useful this would be in a fight or a self defense situation is down to the individual.

I personally believe that self-protection is not Wing Chun's primary function in the modern age. However i do believe it can be another tool in your self-protection toolbox.
