"Here it is, I hope you like it" is IMHO sufficient. "We worked hard" is implied. "I love it" is also implied. 😎

I think to state "I love it" feels a tad passive aggressive IMHO. As a director receiving a screenplay from a writer saying those words would make me feel as if the writer is unwilling to revise it or consider changes because they love their work and in their mind it's perfect already.
