After 15 bargaining meetings and months of campaigning, management finally met with members and listened.
Staff deserve respect at the bargaining table with genuine protections against workload, casualisation and better entitlements to parental leave, flexibility and working from home arrangements.
With the CPI inflation now at 3.8%, UWA staff deserve a pay rise that helps them catch up.

Notre Dame staff are receiving a 3.25% pay rise, the fourth increase in a total 16.25% won by NTEU members in the 2022–2026 Enterprise Agreement.
Super has also increased to 14.5%, but it still falls short of the 17% offered at other WA universities. We need to close that gap.
