It blows my mind that people don't still mask regularly. I don't wear it if I'm eating in a restaurant because I'm taking on the risk either way, but at the grocery store? Public transit? At the flippin' doctor's office?! I'm not even especially worried about COVID, I just hate getting colds.

Anybody who tells you you can't learn a lot from the Bon Jovi Wikipedia page is a goddamn liar

Streaming tonight at 8! We got closer to beating The Ladies last night! But I'm much more tired today! Embrace the mystery!

Which is to say, Johnson apparently feels that it’s an important distinction that he does not have a singular big bottle of pee that he keeps with him, periodically filling and emptying and filling and emptying across the long and lonely years. Instead, he simply uses whatever plastic water bottle he’s most recently drainedβ€”a process that would actually, now that we’re spitballing here, probably be an amazing way to teach local schoolchildren about the water cycle.

Dear 2021 Will: Pretty good.

Ha ha I just remembered all the times The Rock has tried to make it seem normal and manly that he fills water bottles with piss instead of finding a place to work out that has a toilet

I want an extraction shooter where you go into the brains of video game developers and extract the idea of making another goddamn extraction shooter from them. If I want a deeply ambiguous and potentially threatening stranger interaction, I'll try to alter my fast food drive thru order, thanks.

Streaming tonight at 8 p.m. The Nightreign streams have ceased to be about showcasing new gameplay, really: They're now an exploration of what sustained, unceasing failure can do to a friend group. Come enjoy the experiment!

This was glib, and I apologize. My actual takeaway is that I would watch 1,000 episodes of this show if we never saw Harbour or Bateman again and it was just a procedural in which Joy Sunday makes Richard Jenkins solve crimes he does not want to solve

I watched the first episode of DTF St. Louis and (spoilers but it was in the trailer) there's something strangely relieving about having a show about Tim Robinson-esque Needy Insecurity Monsters where someone finally just offs one of these mumbly weirdos.

Horripilant is creepy, cool, and the wrong way to build a better idle game Horriplant tries to innovate the idle game by combining it with a dungeon crawler, but the two sides are at war with each other.

Let's talk a bit about the dream... or nightmare?!!!... of building a better idle game, via the flawed but neat Horripilant www.avclub.com/horriplant-i...

Now, a whole generation has an exciting new opportunity to own its trauma, as the rhino butt in question is now up on the auction block. And for an amount that is, honestly, shockingly cheap: PropStore Auction, which is selling the pieceβ€”which was formally on display at Planet Hollywood, where families could reminisce happily about a greased Carrey sliding onto the African earth while chowing down on their burgers and onion ringsβ€”lists its starting price at a mere $2,000, with an expected final price between $4,000 and $8,000. (Compare a recent Bruce Lee Game Of Death jumpsuit that’s currently going for $130,000β€”despite, when you think about, also just being a series of connected holes that a famous person once stuck his head through.)

Finally pulled the trigger and bought the latest installment of one of Japan's longest-running game franchises, a new title emerging out of a sea of remakes and remasters with concerns about its storytelling but widespread acclaim for its combat.

That's right, it's SaGa Emerald Beyond time, baby!

Bad news, I was browsing the Steam "Detective" game tag but then I saw this and now I'm dead. I'd like to say I had a pretty good run, but it was actually a pretty lousy one, honestly! At least I'm not in the same world as this now, though

Streaming tonight at 8 p.m. PST. I'm rolling solo, so I think we'll do some nice, wholesome Nazi hunting with the demo for Owlskip Games' The Ratline. Looking forward to this one! store.steampowered.com/app/3756940/...

Honestly, one of the best voice casts in games - including an extensive, very funny part played by Joe Pera. (There's also some shit that feels aimed directly at my exact tastes, including appearances from @pizzasuplex.bsky.social and Tom Walker and what I have to assume is a Farscape casting gag.)

I can say, with some confidence, that High On Life 2 is the best game I've ever played in which the actual, no screwing around John Waters voices an alien who runs a Spirit Halloween in space. www.avclub.com/high-on-life...

Honestly, I think Holland is the actual weak link in that stuff, he doesn't have the depth I want. Favorite scene of the movie is Garfield saving MJ in a way where he wordlessly communicates how many times he's replayed this moment in his head.
