Newly established Bulgarian Barcode of Life to support biodiversity conservation in the country As the latest national node to join the International Barcode of Life Consortium (iBOL), its main task is to coordinate, support, and promote DNA barcoding research in Bulgaria.

BgBOL, part of @iboleurope.bsky.social, was established two years ago to contribute to the broader dissemination and popularisation of #DNAbarcoding research in the region.
