I keep checking the 10-day forecast. No end to the heat in sight. 🥵
I was hoping the rain yesterday would bring some relief but no dice. Yesterday evening was over 90° with 80% humidity.

Do they really think they can scare us with the word “socialist” when they are literally sending out men in masks with no warrants and no badges to disappear people off American streets?

I know what I’m scared of, and it’s not a socialist.

Someone used DAP to glaze my windows and I had to protect the glass with an aluminum covered board and use my infrared to soften the old glazing. But until I figure that out I definitely broke glass.

Unfortunately it happens to everyone who restores old windows. When I did it I was told it’s a rite of passage because the anxiety around breaking your first piece can be overwhelming. It sucks, I’m sorry 😢.

Everyone keeps talking about how Noem and Hegseth (and others) aren’t qualified for their positions. And…that’s the point. They weren’t appointed because of their qualifications. These people are willing to do anything Tr*mp and Project 2025 require. They are willing to lie and kill.

Why are Dems insisting on following the letter. These people aren’t doing whatever they want. The law doesn’t apply to them. They don’t care and they’ve gone mask off at this point.

Exactly! It’s giving organizations data which is a terrible idea. Who knows who they’ll sell it to (or surrender it to). And definitely don’t RSVP to a protest on Facebook. This is specifically the No Kings protest on the 14th. But applies to any that ask for it.

Plywood cleats are being installed where the plaster wall meets the plywood ceiling in an old kitchen. The cleats and wood brackets will provide the necessary structure to mount the tin cove moulding to the brick wall.
