I was 7, and we were in the top deck left field. We really didn’t know what was going on until we got home. It was confusing since we saw Brett hit a go-ahead HR and then the announcer said Game Over, Yankees Win.

42 years ago today I went to a @royals.com game in the Bronx and saw George Brett hit a home run. Billy Martin got mad at that, but Billy’s mad was nothing like George’s mad.

Paul didn’t write them. They were written well after he died. The authors wrote under Paul’s name to get people to read them. This was common back then.

When I am reading church leadership books, nothing drives me crazier than shoddy biblical understanding. Especially when the author makes false claims that are easily disproven.

i.e. the authorship of the pastoral epistles.
