It's a dark time for the Twins.

Our personal message to Twins fans and especially Gleeman and The Geek listeners: We're not going anywhere, and we'll never stop speaking freely and critically about the team.

We're devoted to doing right by Twins fans even if the Twins aren't.

Twins and Brewers are now tied for MLB's longest winning streak of the season at 13 games.

There are some very good teams in Tier 2 as well.

In addition to those two, we've got Casper, Carruthers, McDonald, Mooibroek, Howard, among others.

Thanks to there being Tier 1 and Tier 2 events in London, 5 US teams will be in action next month.

It will be a great litmus test to see how the top US teams are stacking up early in the season.

SLC has that same off airport restaurant rule and it's so nice.

I have asked to be part of the group to help move anything forward. Others have mentioned my name to be a part of the group.

I have received no response and no invitation.

Unfortunately, this is harder to do than it sounds.

From what I gathered, there have been fragmented attempts. I have heard of one current/recent opportunity in the area (not in SLC proper) but have not heard an update.

It's mind-blowing that people cannot work together here to have gotten this done.

A dedicated facility would absolutely boom in the valley.

This is low on the totem pole for curling things to care about, but I found out today that my club will not have curling from November 7th until February 2nd

In an Olympic year.

This is due to Speedskating.

Shuster, Peterson to represent U.S. at Pan Continental Curling Championships Team Shuster and Team Peterson will represent the United States on home ice at the upcoming Pan Continental Curling Championships.

Team Shuster and Team Peterson will represent the U.S. on home ice at the 2025 Pan Continental Curling Championships.

Peterson will head to Eveleth to represent the USA and attempt to qualify Team USA for the Women's World Championships. It'll be a good test for them ahead of the US Olympic Trials and, should they win the trials, the Olympic Qualifying Event in December.

Team Peterson went winless in the first set of round robin play at the Pan Continental Playdowns, but won both games in the second duo of RR games and the final game yesterday went their way to force the 3-way tie.

They knocked the rust off from Friday and looked solid over their last 3 games.
