Goku was looking around, he also sees a lot of Ritos flying around. He couldn’t believe how beautiful this place was.

Seems like Goku was in is ui form..he’s more calm his energy was very high..it looks like he was training in this form..hopefully he doesn’t destroy the earth by accident.
