of course, i wasnt disputing that fact, i was just pointing out that if someone's only experience with electronic music is those genres they could reasonably come to that sort of conclusion

to be entirely fair some electronic music genres ARE soulless and easy to make, eg. tech house, slap house, and certain deep house styles. you could maybe make an argument that some lofi is soulless and easy to make but i wouldnt say all lofi is like that
