yeahh I know what you are talking about, it's called PNGtuber!! I actually make those professionally and really experienced also skilled at it ^^ They will look best for long videos as they will not feel too static :3 If you are interested then I am all here to get it done for you <3

My characters which their group is called 'The Freaks with Smiles" sitting together on a fence looking at the rainbow I experimented with my artstyle taking a bit of inspiration from Tsukumizu (author of Girls last tour), is of course not 100% similar but took some inspiration in the line art and shading. So I had a lot of fun
