Exactly the thing I have been worrying about! I was a part of “Operation Frequent Wind” in Viet Nam where we were directed by President Ford to safely transport folks escaping the Communist regime and wanting to live in US. The bulk of those people were sent to Florida, Texas, and, yep, Minnesota!
