When doctors stop your hormones so you show up as your badass self and demand them back (it worked) 5 hrs of sitting in waiting office though refusing to move till fixed

I have started to get nocturnal panic attacks and they are not fun at all. I just find it weird I have been screaming for help mental health wise for years either get nothing or just waiting lists for years. I get nocturnal panic attacks we need to fix that fast and I am getting help next week.

It was rough at the beginning of the year pc broke, relationship ended (we are still close friends) but I have managed to pick myself up like the queen I am and doing things I didn't think was possible.
