We adopted kittens the day we started nephew weekend because I’m made of chaos

So far, he seems a little more of a fighter/explorer (he hissed at me, at first, which is unusual lol) and she’s more of a cuddler

No. Players need to start getting shards and seeing signs of corruption/mutation, earlier in the story

I thought it was a 19th century thing. I know there are artificers and guns and dino halflings and stuff, now, so whatever, but it just seems like such a particular choice, to me

I just find it puzzling bc,

1. It didn’t dispense mayo in 1/2e, so someone decided that was a necessary addition

2. I wouldn’t, heretofore, have necessarily thought mayonnaise existed in the D&D universe?

This is the first time we’ve actually made the effort to adopt, vs relying on the Cat Distribution System, and once I might’ve considered this disrespectful to Havok, but I think making sure another little kitten isn’t alone is a good way to honor him

A found me holding/petting the little plush Krypto, bc—if you hold it against your heart for a while—it starts to feel warm, and now we have a pet adoption visit scheduled for this afternoon

Hot take: SNW Spock’s OTP is Mustache Kirk and they’re depriving them (and us) of scenes together because their smoldering chemistry would outshine whatever heterosexual thing they’re trying to do there, this week
