Add into all this too that my mom doesn't seem to remember that I'm disabled and turns my disability into a competition with her disability 🤦When she can walk better than I can.

So I have actual physical limitations too that she regularly "forgets" about just because I'm "younger"

Like yes, I 100% do other things while working, especially on slow days.

Mental exhaustion at the end of some days is real and all I want to do afterwards is vegetate on my sofa, maybe turn a game on and do NOTHING

It's SO wonderful to constantly get "Can we do this thing this weekend?" And she's trying to do stuff (that requires hours of driving) throughout my summer.

I like my weekends. At least she's trying to plan months in advance, but it's starting to stack up to multiple trips in the same month

Any other WFH people have to regularly deal with people (family) treating you like you don't do anything and that you're not allowed to be tired on weekends because you work from home?

I'm such an adult.. I absolutely love these ceramic pots and pans I got.

Also made myself a super tasty dinner that had cauliflower rice and beyond steak bites.

So no meat or carbs 😅

Well, I was writing, but then Ellipsus decided to not sync ANYTHING and refuses to reconnect. I love the app, but this is annoying. At this point I'm tempted to make my own software to run locally just for myself 🤦

Maybe I'll eventually have good days ago. I tried so hard to make sure today was a good day, but I failed. I'm going to find some art to share.

Insurance sure does want to make sure I know they denied my request for something. They called me yesterday with the automated message and they just called me again with the same message. Wonder if they'll call again with the SAME message because hearing it twice wasn't enough

It's odd, I'm enjoying the things I'm doing at work now that some things have changed. The past week, outside of the IRL stuff that make my eyes twitch, has been much better mentally for me.

Getting more writing done too across all fics I have going! 🥳

Starting off strong with my work laptop refusing to stay connected to the internet...

Then when it does connect, nothing loads.

Yes, my internet is fine, I'm currently watching a stream on my desktop

Today will be a good day. I'm going to do what I can to make sure it's a good day.
