Here in France they shut a road for a DAY, with diversions- which do not have speed cameras- and re-do the tarmac, which is sooo smooth. In the UK they put up cameras, traffic lights which run 24/7, then work between 8am and 5pm, which lasts weeks.

It’s thrown out all our routines for taking tablets- us and the cats! Plus- the pfaff of changing the fn clock on the truck. It only lets you alter it if the engine is on but not in gear and moving. 🙄

Why worry? When I was a kid we called all Mum and Dad’s friends Uncle or Aunty. Sometimes friends are closer (and nicer) than family. What’s wrong with being NICE?
