Finally seeing the wicked movie today and I’m so excited 🫧✨💚

In 14 days it will be the 3 year anniversary of my heart dog passing away and I can feel the depression already starting to set in.

I’m not sure if that makes sense but it made sense in my head and I needed somewhere to vocalize it.

The holidays were always tough for me and I never understood why and now that I finally have an understanding of why I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. BUT I’m so mad at myself for not knowing sooner and not understanding my needs sooner.

The thing that people don’t tell you when you get a late autism diagnosis is the struggle between being happy for finally being able to understand how your brain works but also the anger you feel towards yourself for not knowing sooner.
