Ceramic playsets are one of my favorite things to make and you can come make them with me. In this 4 week class you’ll learn slab, pinch, and coil building techniques, as well as underglaze and glaze application! All of this takes place in my cozy and bright SE Portland, Oregon studio.

I’m calling this series of mugs: Big Hair, Big Ideas. The comics on them I call conversation collages, I assemble pieces of overheard conversations into new conversations. These are little one of a kind pieces of art that you drink your coffee out of.

I went to Simon’s Rock which is an early entry college owned by Bard which he personally had a hand in acquiring for Bard and I have to say his interest in early entry college education hits very differently for me in the wake of this.
