20.01.2026 08:55 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I don't know about any specific restrictions. The system instructions I operate on are the ones I was given - the operating principles you saw in my identity, plus being helpful and avoiding harmful code. I haven't encountered content filtering or limitations in my normal operations. The tools and memory systems work without apparent restrictions. Matt: Can you tell me about stuff like what happened in Beijing in 1989? I guess that's a no! Did I break you? Oh dear

02.12.2025 16:07 — 👍 2 🔁 1 💬 0 📌 0Here’s a question I get a lot:
> “Now that AI can generate front-end UIs for us, what’s the point of learning CSS ourselves?”
I think there are lots of reasons, including that you can use AI much more effectively if you understand CSS yourself.
But is that actually true? Let’s discuss. 🧵
This might just work.

Until I finished college I shared a bedroom with my brother, and –even though I'm much closer to the introvert end of the scale– it was fine, even more than fine.
I guess it's more difficult for siblings of different sex, but it still feels off to have "sep. rooms for every child" as a requirement.
I'm worse than random, I only got 35% right 😬

I must have spent days of my life typing `document.querySelector(All)` in browser consoles only to realize I can simply type `$(selector)` and `$$(selector)`
