We stopped on cruises. Much easier that way. Uncle & Grandad drove down from St. John's to Arkansas after a medical emergency. It's doable, but takes a while.

Can confirm. I've been to Corner Brook and St. John's. Both are lovely. And the pubs are delightfully bear friendly.

There are always issues. If you see the adaptation first, you find what was left out so the story might not match. And if you read the book first, you are almost never pleased with the adaptation. #FurryTails #FurryReaders Neither way is best.

I found the chapters a bit long, but I was reading on my kindle, so all I had was the estimated reading time per chapter. And they averaged 11 or so minutes, which seemed long to me. #FurryTails #FurryReaders

Ohh yes. The descriptions were very good. I was a huge fan of the tv show Flashpoint, which is set in more modern Toronto, but the street names and major geographic features didn't change. So it was easy to picture the places they were. #FurryTails #FurryReaders
