In fancy swirling letters of black ink, ‘Suguru’ is scrawled in romanji across the skin of Gojo's lower back. Geto almost chokes on his own spit. Gojo has a tramp stamp of /his/ name.

Geto follows after him like a puppy. He /needed/ to know what it was.

Gojo's back is facing the mirror as he twists around to get a view of it, fingers bunching in the shirt in efforts to lift it enough to see what lies beneath.

“You have something on your lower back. It's black…” He offers. Gojo's hand slaps his back, patting it like he was trying to feel for something. The white-haired man frowns, confusion marring his features, then jogs off to the locker room.

“Huh?” Gojo's staring at him but Geto can't take his eyes off the inky black on Gojo's skin. Is it…A bruise? That doesn't make any sense with RCT. Little too dark to be a bruise anyways-

His shirt has ridden up just a bit and it looks like something black is one Gojo's skin.

“What do you have on your back?” Geto asks. Gojo twists around with a confused look on his face.

Geto watches intently as Gojo stretches, long limbs reaching up as his muscles pull taut. Amber eyes trail down his form slowly, memorizing every single dip and curve. He pauses at the waistband of Gojo's shorts.

The next day they have off, neither of them gets called off to a mission, so they decide to go to the gym at Jujutsu Tech to shoot some hoops. Geto grabs a ball to dribble as he waits for Gojo to drop their dufflebags off to the side. Gojo tosses them down to roll his shoulders back in a warmup.

Nanami and Geto get told everything that happened at the bar. At least what they all remember. Shoko keeps snorting every so often. It's suspicious but if she didn't want to say, it was impossible to get it out of her. It sounded like fun and Geto wishes he hadn't missed it.

It does take them a few days to finish up the mission, they take the train home and Geto takes a long, hot shower when they finally get back. Gojo greets him by throwing his entire weight at Geto. He gripes about it but, deep down, he always enjoys it when Gojo jumps in his arms.

It was paired with about 30 laughing emoji that she didn't explain. The next morning he got a text from Gojo asking when he'd be back. As much as he wanted to go home he knew it'd take them a few more days to find all the curses. During the rest of his mission, he and Gojo text the entire time.

“You think Satoru's doing okay?” He asks as he pockets the cursed ball. Nanami just gives him another sigh, this one sounding even more put out.

Later that night he gets a text from Shoko that they all got home safe.

They just stay in ball form until Geto eventually swallows it. So now he accumulates several and picks a day to swallow them all in one go. Knocking back several right after the other then dealing with the nausea for a day is easier to handle than what he was doing.

He and Gojo had come up with a plan to make consuming curses a bit more manageable. Instead of swallowing the cursed ball right after its transformation, they figured out that there isn't an expiry date to them.

Geto glances up from the curse's twitching form to see Nanami staring at him with his typical bland expression.

“Uh, sorry. Wasn't paying attention.” All he gets in response is a sigh. Geto holds out his hand to start turning the curse into an orb so he can consume it later.

“Watch out!” Nanami's exclamation jolts Geto out of his thoughts. He blinks, eyes focusing in time to see a curse flying at him with chomping teeth. In an automatic reaction, Geto winds up and punches the curse straight in its large forehead. The curse lets out a scream and crumples to the ground.

Not like it's really any of his business, they aren't together like that. Even though Geto wants them to be. He's been pathetically (Shoko's words not his) in love with Gojo since their 2nd year of Jujutsu Tech. Since he couldn't be around to play guard dog then Shoko had to do it for him.

Hopefully Shoko keeps an eye on Gojo like Geto asked her too (and paid her. 2 packs of those expensive cigarettes she likes). He didn't have any doubt she and Ijichi would make sure they all got home safely but that wasn't what he paid her for. He wanted to make sure no one hit on Gojo.
