4. One of the great beauties of the human rights framework is that it creates space for the sharing of evidence. We can learn from global experience, and share ours with the world - like with the work on the proposed Optional Protocol to the UNCRC which will include Early Childhood Education.

19 August is #WorldHumanitarianDay.
Last year, we urged leaders to stop the killing of aid workers.
They listened – then looked away.
This year, we sound the alarm with sharper urgency:
❗ Protect humanitarians.
❗ Respect the rules of war.
❗ End impunity.
