I found getting a cpap life changing

My cleaner comes an hour a week does the surfaces like wiping the bench and table etc, 2 bathrooms, changes my sheets, vacuums and mops. We mainly do the kitchen ourselves. Some times she does additional things like she helped me get rid of my dead plants recently.
