High density low cost housing does not exist. Hideous what keeps happening in MV . Keep in mind the traffic and supportive atmosphere will be heavily impacted!

There's generally two camps on NextDoor about high density housing

Camp 1: GHETTO SLUMS FOR DRUGGED UP ZOMBIE CRIMINAL THUGS

Camp 2: "High density low cost housing does not exist"

Which camp are you in?

I will miss Kristi Noem's inimitable constitutional insights, as when, asked by Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H. at a Senate hearing to define "habeas corpus," she replied, "Habeas corpus is a constitutional right that the president has to be able to remove people from this country."

"Who is tired of "Silicon Valley" being identified with San Francisco?"

I am!

But the rest of the comments seem to indicate that most people aren't bothered by this.

Are you bothered by this?

Yeah we didn't build any housing in the 2020's either so Texas will take at least four of our Congressional seats. But on the bright side, all the single family homes and surface parking lots will rise up and overthrow capitalism.
