I greatly admired President Jimmy Carter during his time in office in the late 70s and early 80s. While I was disappointed he didn’t win a second term, his presidency left a lasting impact on my generation.

Conversely, if Democrats continue to push fringe issues, they risk losing desperately needed Independents. Now is not the time to push the envelope. Address that with legislation & executive orders once back in power. The winning path is moving toward the center while calling out GOP amorality.
