I assume she was in her car driving.

Does "free speech" even apply to an essay or university? I thought it applied onky to the government not silencing or arresting citizens for speech.

Member states contribute to a NATO administration charge to upkeep NATO HQ.

There is no NATO military.

Funding based on a country's GDP.

Money is actually spent on a country's own military/defence.

I.E. U.S. invests its money into its own military and I believe what is beyond the agreement.

Then on closer inspection I saw "Breaking Dawn" and could not do it no matter how good "Misery" was.

Seems no military does for not following the oath either.

Just did that for 12 days in a hospital for seizure testing.

Granted I could not leave the unit as I was being monitored.

Stayed in a hospital bed.

3 meals a day.

Internet access.

Cellphone and Android pad with Netflix and Prime.

One of my worst experiences ever.

Do these "free speech rights" in the U.S. even apply to criteria in essays? I thought it only applied to the government limiting speech and not to independent organizations or people?

If it does apply, you could write an essay not even on topic citing your crazy uncle and claim free speech.
