I sympathize. I do only a few shoots a years because of the expense. This fall I got rocked with a few major personal expenses and had to cut back on shooting later in the year. Most models were understanding.

Two months ago, I photographed the Mighty Earthling in downtown Minneapolis. We ended the shoot with her dancing in the rain on the sidewalk. That now seems like 10 years ago in a different place.

Thanks for the likes! There still seems to be an expectation that photographers will have an IG account. Maybe that assumption is fading away. Some models still message me on IG, so I maintain it mostly for communication. I refer models to Bluesky and Youpic to see my work.

Oh, I remember. I always hated blurring, painting, or pixalating areas of images (and we know which areas) to make sure they met Instragram's standards. I still post portraits of faces and implied nudes on IG when I get around to it. Uncensored nudes are for Bluesky!
