02.04.2025 21:46 โ ๐ 56 ๐ 3 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Thank you. The Short-Eared and the Little Owl are day hunters. The Barn Owl can be seen early morning or afternoon. The Tawny is nocturnal, I just got lucky with him. Our least seen Owl is the Long Eared and much harder to photograph.

09.02.2025 20:10 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0We have a lovely pair here on the reclaimed land from the old open-cast site. The whole area has been rewilded and is a huge success with the hen harriers, marsh harriers, short-eared owls and lots of buzzards and kestrels about.
