That copy/paste comment is so annoying and disrespectful. I once had someone say, “Any idiot can twist a knob”. I immediately fired them as a client.

I hate this kind of response. I used to never get it and now, it’s all the time. I don’t think they realize how shitty and undervalued these remarks make people feel.
