Started adding flowers to the piece. The placement is intentional with rewriting the negative thoughts I’ve said towards myself into something more joyful.

This is the next iteration. A moment of gentleness with myself to accept what happened and realize I can make this what I want it to be. There will be more to come

I was ashamed of it and still fight off those feelings. But my loving partner and my best friend have both encouraged me to make an art piece out of it. This was the raw emotion felt in the moment of the incident.

Social media has a tendency to make us believe we can only share the positives. Well, I’m working on being more genuine with all of myself so here’s a tough one for me. I’ve been struggling with mental illness and this past week was a rough one. I punched a hole in the wall out of overwhelm

Agreed, but from the Odyssey lol I don’t think he would have been half as great if he didn’t get so much help from the other gods and beings he encountered through his journey. Epic the musical is a great jam, but an adaptation that leaves me wishing for something more true to the original story

Tarot is a new interest of mine, and one that’s been allowing myself to meditate on guiding questions. The readings so far haven’t been the most pleasant to receive, but I feel are guiding me towards the healing I need 💛 today is a breath of fresh air seeing my hard work coming to fruition 🥰
