I've been rereading The Fellowship of the Ring for the first time in like 15 years and I think I'm loving it more than my previous read. I just love a good walk!

Haha yes you’ll either return still filled with nostalgia or a newly found distaste for something you once loved :’’’(

Kevin Costner one isn’t the greatest but it’s a cosy guilty pleasure of mine haha

I watched the Robin Hood with Kevin Costner a couple months ago and got so pissed when I saw the scenes with the sycamore gap tree (it got chopped down by some hooligans a few years back)

Is this 1976 one a good watch?

It's been a while since I was last hired to do a comic or book cover and I really miss these sorts of gigs. Please hire me to draw more comic book covers, please and thank you.

A digital illustration of two figures on a dirt path with dark mountains visible in the background. One of these figures is a caped humanoid whose head is replaced by an orange, liquid-like substance floating away in the wind. The other is a girl who’s standing close to her companion.

Remember my first post here? It's actually part of a larger piece (2nd image).

I put a lot of love and care into this piece, and I'm very proud of it. 😊

I believe he was all there during the writing process but his dementia affected the editing stage so it’s a bit all over the place. I’d still say worth a read tho if you’re a fan of his storytelling

Process pictures of a pencil drawing depicting the weaving branches and roots of a woodland alive and full of history. This woodland being known as The Golden Wood of LΓ³rien. Within this scene depicted from the books we see a bewildered Frodo and Sam lead by Galadriel to her all seeing mirror, where our little hobbits learn the fate of all who inhabits Middle Earth.

Thank you! :)

As for smudging, it’s just a matter of keeping your hand from resting as much as you can and the position of your paper too when shading. I also make sure I work from left to right across the drawing as much as I can. Then I just spray with a hairspray to conceal the graphite :)

The British state's full throated support of the WAR CRIMES the US & Israel are committing against the people of Iran is expected & revolting.

Lap dog nation, sucking at the heels of fascist projects, as we have done in Gaza, as we did in Iraq. This is a government of nonce defenders & killers.
