The award celebrates her BBC Radio 4 podcast series, County Lines, which compellingly investigated Britain's county lines crisis. Drawing on her lived experiences, Phoebe sheds light on what must change to improve outcomes for at risk youth.

At the #CJAAwards2025, Offploy was named Outstanding Organisation in our new lived experience award category🎉
Founded by Jacob Hill from his prison cell, Offploy is a social enterprise dedicated to improving employment outcomes for people with convictions.
Co-designed with women who had personally navigated early motherhood in prison, the research reveals the deep, emotional toll brought about by the compulsory separation of mothers and babies in prison.
